Square Enix, the crazy developers behind the critically acclaimed series Final Fantasy (yeah, those ones) have announced that they are to release a new version of Final Fantasy XI. Set to contain all the add-on and expansion packs released so far for the game, this new release has been affectionately dubbed FFXI: Ultimate Collection. Uniqu right?
The completed release is stated to include; Rise of the Zilart, Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan and Wings of the Goddess, as well as 3 recent scenarios.
Excited? Yeah right. Who still plays Final Fantasy anyway? Sure FF8 was good but seriously, enough is enough!
Most self respecting (ha!) hardcore MMO players indulge in World of Warcraft, and surely Square Enix know this. Either way, if you’re interested in everything Final Fantasy and still haven’t picked up FFXI then this is surely precisely what you’ve been waiting for!
